You've asked me to include comfort allowances in my trouser construction kit and this wish is hereby granted!

The whole thing only makes sense in combination with an elastic waistband, otherwise the pants would slip down, right? That's why you can only use the new ease and crotch ease option if you set the elastic waistband as closure. like this you can sew really comfortable pyjama bottoms, sweatpants or boxer shorts. The five different lengths are also new.

Ich hab die Shorts probegenäht mit den von dir vorgegebenen Grundeinstellungen. Das sieht fürs erste nicht schlecht aus. Leider erscheint die eingestellte Nahtzugabe bei mir nicht im Druck, keine Ahnung, woran das liegt.
Kannst du noch mal etwas dazu sagen, wie sich die prozentuale Vergrößerung des Schrittes auswirkt, und welche Prozentzahl sinnvoll sein könnte
Aber im PDF ist die Nahtzugabe da, ja? Seltsam. Vielleicht sind die Düsen verstopft?
Die Vergrößerung des Schrittes wirk sich zunächst einmal auf die Schrittlänge aus, sofern du die angegeben hast, das Maß ist ja optional. Desweiteren wird die Sitzhöhe erhöht, und zwar um ein viertel des Wertes in cm. Da du maximal 10% einstellen kannst, wird der Schritt damit um maximal 2,5 cm vertieft. Es macht also nicht sooo viel aus. Ich fürchte du musst ausprobieren, was dir gefällt. Ich persönlich mag den Schritt ja am Liebsten auf regulärer Höhe. Aber Geschmäker sind ja unterschiedlich. ;)

Ich habe mir jetzt eine leicht-luftige Sommerhose genäht, und wäre mit dem Ergebnis zufrieden. Eigentlich- wenn ich nicht so doof gewesen wäre und beim Zuschnitt nicht gepennt hätte. Jetzt stehen meine bunten Papageien auf dem Kopf. Na ja, mein Pech, dann machen die eben Turnübungen .
Ganz toll wären jetzt noch Zeichen, wo die Taschen angesetzt werden sollen.
Dankeschön für diese Schnitterweiterung, jetzt mache ich mit der Bluse weiter.
Och, dann hängen die Papageien halt kopfüber am Ast. :D
