Wide leggend linnen pants - with video

I'm not the pants type anymore, you see me more in skirts and dresses. But a pair of nice wide linen pants are definitely great for the transitional period when it is still a bit chilly in the morning but is already getting warm during the day.

The pattern is from the pants kit. The zipper is in the back, I've never seen it in retail clothing, but it works great. You have a nice long relatively straight edge where you can insert the zipper. You can also set the zipper in the side seam or in the front, if you prefer that.

Hallo,
Ich finde den Generator ja eine coole Idee und möchte das ausprobieren. Nun stehe ich aber vor der Frage, wozu der Hosentaschen-beleg gedacht ist. Habe ich das in deinem Video übersehen oder wozu braucht man diesen?

Hallo Maria! Den Beleg habe ich im Video tatsächlich nicht benutzt, da ich die Taschen aus dem gleichen Stoff wie die restliche Hose genäht habe. Wenn du die Taschen aus einem anderen Stoff nähst, kannst du ein Stück vom Außenstoff als Beleg aufsetzen, dann sieht man den Taschenbeutelstoff nicht hinter dem Tascheneingriff hervorleuchten.
