I admit, I was very close to throwing this pattern into the bin more than once. ^_^° The shoulders were a bit tricky, but I think I found a good solution. 

Here we have another vintage-inspired dress, this time with gatheres at the shoulders and paneled skirt.

Dress Hollyhock

The Hollyhock pattern is inspired by the American 1940s. Instead of a bust dart, the width is gathered into the shoulder. The collar is optional.
