Please explain how the waist area of the skirt is at an angle. My skirt is not cut right so the casing for the elastic does not fold correctly. I need help in figuring out how to correct my waist area.
The angle creates more volume in the middle of the skirt. You are not supposed to fold over the waistband to form the casing for the elastic. The elastic goes into the waistband, which is perfectly straight.
